We have come up with a new process where you can fuse the layers together. This then removes the appearance of the printing layers. All you need to do is subject the object to acetone vapour i.e. place a little acetone in the bottom of a glass or metal container then stand your model on a block to keep it above the liquid. Close the container and wait a while .....anything from 20 minutes to an hour... but be careful or you might end up with nothing left. Have fun experimenting.
This very small skull (compared with a 50 cent piece) has been printed with the new 0.15 mm resolution.
This is a huge print that took a great deal of time but I think it is worth it. The base section was printed in four quarters each taking 22 hours to print i.e. 88 hours just for the base section
